Descrpition

1. 360 grit Diamond sharpening stone: Coarse sharpening for a blunter blade

Moderate sharpening angle and moderate pressure, sharpening forward will lead to the best sharpening effect.  

2. 600 grit Diamond sharpening stone:  Fine honing for knife polishing and maintenance.

A necessary step for the burrs elimination. sharpening  approximately once a week at least is recommended. 

Caution:

1, Sharpening with a moderate pressure to avoid damaging the blade

2, Do not put the sharpening stone into dishwasher or water.

3, To avoid any accidents, the sharpening stone should be away from children.
